Customer Service Representative-Entry Level
Z, INC. has an immediate opening for a full-time, entry-level Customer Service Representative to work onsite at the U.S. Department of Energy in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will be required to perform a variety of tasks supporting survey operations for the U.S. Energy Information Administration. These tasks include data analysis, telephone outreach, email outreach, and concise record keeping. The role requires an individual who is personable, detail oriented, conscientious, and has strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The candidate must be able to multitask and self-regulate to work across multiple projects at a time. MUST BE U.S. CITIZEN.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree, willingness to learn.
