Sparks Group is currently looking for a qualified, enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join a firm in Rockville that specializes in hardware and software sales to the commercial business and government agencies. You will actively seek out and engage customer prospects and provided complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales leads through cold-calling, telemarking and customer referrals
  • Present, promote and sell both hardware and software solutions to new customers
  • Provide sales presentation that generate success rate and secure new business
  • Provide showroom demonstration of equipment that generate closing rate
  • Achieve agreed upon targeted sales and performance goals within schedule
  • Answer customer’s questions regarding product pricing and availability
  • Use network opportunities to create successful business relationships

Qualifications/Background profile:

  • 1 -3 years of work related experience as a Sales Representative
  • Great selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience need
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Ability to build productive business and professional relationships
