See us in action on YouTube BenefitsCompetitive pay and bonus system - allowing employees to share in the profits of the companyExcellent/Comprehensive BenefitsRelocation services providedTo learn more, visit www.intralox.com Responsibilities:.Own the electrical portion of Intralox solutions from concept engineering through customer implementation..Control system design in support of conveying applications where specific features of conveyor equipment are enhanced (enabled) by electronic controls..Explore, develop and promote new control systems that increase functionality and value of Intralox equipment. .Write, implement, document and debug software for equipment..Budgeting, estimating and pricing of control systems. .Procurement of electrical and control components for control systems..Value engineering of design, components and materials. .Manage and direct on-site (in-plant) installation and commissioning of control systems in conjunction with equipment installations..Provide training to Equipment manufacturers and customers across the world on proprietary technology platforms related to Controls and Electrical Systems.Provide remote and on-site (in-plant) troubleshooting of control systems..Successfully complete assigned projects to quality standards, on time, and within budget..Interface with a global team of like-minded professionals.Requirements: .Extensive programming experience.Expertise in industrial control circuit design, particularly equipment interface practices. .Proficient in AutoCad LT for control circuit development. .Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. .Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Mastery of English language. .Ability and willingness to train Equipment builders across the world. Strong presentation skills. .Ability to work in a team environment; acceptance of established standards. .Understanding of mechanical systems; willingness to work with hand tools..Ability and willingness to occasionally travel (both domestic and international) and perform field service (10-40%).Bachelor of Science degree required in Computer Programming, Engineering or other related field. Desired Qualifications: .Experience programming in Rockwell Logix500 and Logix5000 processors using RsLogix500 and Studio5000 programming software.Proficient programming Siemens S7-1200 processors using TIA Portal V13.EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled*LI-MD1
