The Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving the Company s ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. Here s what you will be doing:Place outbound calls to prospective customersUnderstanding customer needs and requirements, then explaining the products and services to meet those needs, as well as answering questions from customers Schedule appointments for in-home estimatesMaintain customer records by updating account information in our CRM systemSourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails The ideal candidate will be known for their: Outgoing personalityAbility to effectively articulate product offerings to customers with ease Fearlessness, not afraid to ask for the saleSelf-motivationUnique ability to listen to customer needs and turn it into a sales opportunity Persistence, every customer is not going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you close a sale will be key for success in this role. Educational and Skills Requirements:High school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of inside sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceProven track record of over-achieving sales quotaStrong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per dayExcellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong listening and presentation skills via telephoneAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Compensation and Benefits:First things first, this position offers unlimited earning potential. You will be paid based on your performance. We have full-time and part-time positions available.
