Position DescriptionThe role of a Maintenance Technician is critical to the overall success of a property. These talented Team Members maintain efficient operation of the buildings by diagnosing problems and making repairs. Our communities require day-to-day care in order to meet the needs of our residents. As a Maintenance Technician, you will work with the other Maintenance Technicians, Property Manager, and Service Manager to maintain efficient operation of the buildings by diagnosing problems and fixing repairs.
