This position reports to the Vice President, Operations for the Health Solutions Sector with the following duties that include:

    Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of one or more high profile contract programs.Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program(s).Establishes and defines program plan requirements and directs or performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans.Develops detailed program performance scorecards on a recurring basisMonitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.Develops detailed customer scorecards on a recurring basis.Key point of contact for Health Sector Customer Experience effortsAbility to perform root cause analysis and design, implement, optimize processes and workflows to prevent and resolve operational/financial inefficiencies across the Health Sector.Identify issues and inefficiencies within the business sector and proactively suggest solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.Leads large sector wide initiatives across a wide range of subjects including training vision and tool development to facility analysis identifying efficiency opportunitiesInteracts regularly with high-level customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.Performs business development activities including capture and analysis using the Business Opportunity Tracking System (BOTS).Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced employees, and may have supervisory responsibility.Serves as a team or task leader.Participates in special projects as required.
Education
    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.10-15 years of related finance or business analysis experience.

    Proficient with GDIT’s Business Opportunity Tracking System (BOTS)Proven strategic planning skillsExecutive level presentation development and deliveryEffective organizational skills.Proficiency in the use of word processing, spreadsheet, and other related software applications.Effective communication skills.Advanced knowledge of program requirements.
