Serves as a top level policy expert and analyst Serves as a policy expert supporting CMS quality programs Leads research and implementation of healthcare initiatives related to Medicare ensuring any impacts to CMS quality programs are quickly identified and communicated Serves as a liaison representing healthcare policy and intiatives on various meetings including meeting management Assists with drafting language for rule-making and legislation Monitors health care policy, Congress and regulations related to healthcare quality initiatives and communicates updates Provide support on requirements gathering as it relates to policy for the quality programs Lead and/or assist with policy papers as required Other regulatory and policy support as needed Education Bachelors Degree in a related discipline. Masters Degree preferred. Qualifications 10-15 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN AREA OF EXPERTISE. Expert level knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in policy analysis.
