Westat is seeking an individual with an interest to support project directors and other project staff on clinical research projects.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: assisting with literature searches; researching new technologies; development and revision of study procedures and materials; managing specific web sites; assisting in meeting planning; recording and producing meeting minutes; entering data into database; and coordinating mail-outs.
· A bachelor's degree
· 1 year of relevant experience
Qualified candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills; strong organizational skills; and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Selected candidates must be detail-oriented and work well in a team environment. Strong computer skills (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint), information technology skills, including experience with SharePoint and Testing website functionality and knowledge of web site development is needed.
