A non-profit global development network that helps build nations that can withstand crisis and support a high quality of life for their people has a current position open for a Work from Home Study to Quantify Government of Uganda Contribution on Refugee Hosting Consultant .Candidates will be responsible for the following: Providing an evidence-based methodology on calculating costs both direct and indirect to government towards the hosting of refugee in UgandaCompleting a study and develop a methodology to accurately account for government spending on refugee hostingOrganizing bilateral meetings/interviews/discussions with relevant ministries, departments and district local governments, as applicable, to validate the attribution of relevant costsQualifications Include:A Master's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Public Administration or related fieldAt least 7 years of relevant work experience in the field of economics research, development studies, social sciences and statisticsAdvanced skills in faciltitationThe ability to work with governments, multilateral and bilateral development agencies and civil society organizations in the areas of economic research and analysis
