The Program Analyst is located in the United States Mint, Office of the Director, Numismatic and Bullion (NAB) Department, Sales Division, Customer Operations Branch. The Numismatic and Bullion (NAB) Department focuses on the United States Mint’s marketing and brand management strategies and growth of the numismatic program, through special programs and projects, and managing customer expectations and relationships with focus on improving customer experience and loyalty.

Specialized experience: For the GS-11, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes:
-Managing, developing and/or preparing customer service data and reports;
-Recommending and supporting process improvement systems and procedures;
-Preparing and presenting oral and written reports;
Education: A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree; or an LL.M., in a related field.
The experience may have been gained in either the public or private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
