Administrative Aide III
This position will serve as the receptionist for Silver Spring Customer Service Center. Will manage front desk operation including greeting customers, responding to inquiries, and answering and screening incoming phone calls. Responsible for maintaining the monthly walk-in statistics, coordinating appointments and meetings, distributing mail and copying/distributing various materials. Also responsible for performing mass copying jobs and ordering supplies for the Service Center. Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred. Additional duties as assigned.
- Requires high school diploma or equivalent
- Requires a minimum of two years of secretarial/clerical experience
- Must have good computer skills (proficiency with MS Office Suite)
- Must have knowledge of standard office procedures
- Must have good communication skills with the ability to exercise good judgment, courtesy, and tact when dealing with the public
- Good recordkeeping skills also required
