Job Description: CACI has an immediate openings for Part Time On Call/ Call Center and Service Desk Support located in Alexandria, VA. We are sponsoring Technical Savvy candidates for multiple opportunities. We will be pre-screening candidates for a clearance up to TS/SCI and will sponsor candidates for a Secret Clearance This is a great opportunity to start your IT Career with CACI. The successful candidate will be under close supervision, assists users with client issued proprietary databases, software, software configuration control and systems. General Duties and RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provides phone support to general users in the areas of file servers, system anomalies, email, directories, standard Windows desktop applications and applications developed or deployed under this contractor or predecessors. - Serves as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC and printer problems. Required Qualifications: - Requires a bachelor's degree with zero to two years of related experience or more than 6 years of experience supporting IT (installing OS, configuring PCs / Mobile devices / WAPs / tablets). - Requires ability to provide remote troubleshooting and resolution. Customer Support/Service Experience is a plus. - Requires the ability to lead end users through troubleshooting to resolutions of issues is a friendly, customer-focused, customer-first attitude. - Supports client objectives while conforming to the client's operating practices. - US Citizenship is mandatory and requires the ability to obtain a Clearance MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Must possess a current / unexpired DOD 8570.01M IAT-II certification such as CompTIA Security+CE. 2. Must possess at least a SECRET clearance. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1. MCP Certification in one of the fundamental Microsoft Exams for example: 98-349: Windows Operating System Fundamentals 98-361: Software Development Fundamentals 98-364: Database Fundamentals 98-365: Windows Server Administration Fundamentals 98-366: Networking Fundamentals 98-367: Security Fundamentals 98-368: Mobility and Devices Fundamentals 98-369: Cloud Fundamentals 98-375: HTML5 Application Development Fundamentals 2.
