Hewlett Packard Enterprise has an upcoming need in our US Public Sector National Security Segment for a Security Administrator in Herndon, Virginia . Job Description: Test and deploy Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs) for the Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) solutions that support the tool suite deployed by HPES; perform unit, system, and integration testing to ensure the system closes against the requirements, and is consistent with configuration documentation. Perform initial user tests in each relevant functional area to ensure the new system closes against the requirements and performs all critical functions. Documented gaps and a plan for discrepancy resolution will be worked in collaboration with the Government. Use best-in-class elements of a Packaged Release (reference Information Technology Infrastructure Library [ITIL]) including but not limited to configuration documentation, runtime modules, installation routines and instructions, technical support documentation (known discrepancies, anomalies, workarounds), fully documented custom code (as applicable), all documentation accompanying Government property (to include manuals, media), legal licenses (to include certificates, media. Work with the Government and its end-users and stakeholders to validate usability, and that the system works as intended in accordance with the preliminary system configuration specification and other requirements documentation; work collaboratively with the Government to fine-tune the system configuration to address misunderstandings, resolve system performance issues, and resolve discrepancies. Obtain and maintain Government A&A of the SAaaS. Provide requisite skilled resources (eg system security engineers) to work with Government officials throughout the lifecycle to expedite the A&A process. Document and manage the SAaaS solution through ICD-503 approval. Document and manage Privilege Users for SAaaS.
