**More information about this job** **Unit Description** **Sodexo Corporate Services** is looking for a **Resource/Floating Chef Manager** to join our team. The Resource/Floating Chef Manager position will last until August 2017 and provide culinary services for our accounts in Wilmington Delaware, Baltimore MD and on a rare occasion support accounts Washington DC. As of August 2017 the Resource/Floating Chef Manager will be permanently assigned to our Brand new Morgan Stanley account located in the Inner Harbor/Baltimore MD that will be opening in August of 2017. Morgan Stanley is building a new cafe that is primarily cold production. This cafe will have a deli, salad bar, pizza, and coffee shop. Morgan Stanley will be receiving hot/prepared food from another location that is approximately 10 minutes away. The **Chef Manager** will be responsibilities menu planning, ordering, inventory, hands on cooking, prepping, station cooking, full client interaction, cash, AP and billing, hourly payroll and managing staff. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service, organizational, culinary, production and HACCP skills. This position offers a traditional Business and Industry hours, predominantly Monday through Friday, schedule (but must be flexible to accommodate evenings and weekends when needed). Estimates food consumption and purchases food. May assist in cooking and preparing food as necessary. Responsible for maintaining kitchen and storage facilities in sanitary condition. Responsible for cash management. Interacts with client/customers on a regular basis. This position is the leader for an account/unit chef/production group. This position is in smaller accounts/units where there is not a Executive Chef or Food Production Manager.
