  • A Bachelor's degree and three to five years of progressively responsible experience in the field of photography or any directly related experience that has demonstrated a thorough understanding of the principles, practices and techniques of photography, image processing and image management is required. At least four years of additional experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. Must be able to proficiently operate a variety of photographic equipment and accessories to include digital (Nikon and Hasselblad), still, and video cameras as well as artificial lighting, including strobe lamps. Must possess digital image processing skills and experience with Digital Asset Management software (Extensis Portfolio preferred). Must be comfortable working with a wide range of people from visiting dignitaries to the general public. Strong customer service attributes with organizational skill and attention to detail in record keeping required. Must be proficient with MS Word, Access, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, and other computer programs. The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing is required. Must be able to plan, implement and work on multiple projects simultaneously. Must have flexibility to adapt to constantly changing environment and requirements.
