Powerful Advocacy Law group needing an energetic, focused and organized individual capable of wearing several hats in a day! Going from copying, binding, emailing, answering the phone to assisting with set up for client appointment's in conference rooms. Keeping up with inventory to assisting the Director of Operations!
Strong attention to detail, strong telephone etiquette and customer service abilities. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Some lifting of boxes up to 50lbs. Ability to work some overtime. Records experience a plus!
