Senior Principal Financial Analyst TS/SCI required
Performs financial analysis and reporting in order to monitor finances associated with business operations.
GDITl is looking for a Business Operations Manager to join the classified program team. The candidate is responsible manage and provide financial controls for the program budget; staffing; sub-contracts; and procurement efforts. The candidate reports directly to the ARMA Director of Finance, but is in direct support (and reports to) the ARMA Program Manager on-site.
The candidate is responsible to plan, forecast, control, and advise the Program Manager on all aspects of the program budget to include all AR/AP actions. Provide budget information, metrics, and reporting to Finance Director which is incorporated into the overall company finance reports and forecasts. Provide financial and program control advice to the Program Manager for all staffing, sub-contracts, and procurement activities.
The candidate assists the Program Man ager in preparing proposals for new work, business cases, and estimates. By doing this, the candidate coordinates closely with the program management team and corporate team to include finance, HR, security, contracts, procurement, compliance, etc. in the business case courses of action and recommendations.
The candidate recommends and advises the PM for all staffing, sub-contracting, and procurement actions. The candidate forecasts, controls, coordinates, and reports these actions with the corporate BIZOPS staff.
The candidate teaches, coaches, and mentors non-finance program personnel and managers to ensure understanding of financial and business operational impacts to the program and level of service. Identifies, plans, and implements business improvement plans to increase efficiencies, save costs, and improve program financial performance.
The candidate ensures compliance with corporate, FAR, DCMA, DCAA accounting, contractual, and business standards.
Bachelors Degree in Finance or a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
10-15 years of related finance or business analysis experience.
