The role will act as a Talent Advisor to support and help grow our Field organization. You will be responsible for managing and driving the entire recruitment process for a variety of roles across our Field organization. Key ResponsibilitiesFull cycle recruiting Manage and drive the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance, creating a consistent and exceptional hiring experience for candidates and internal client groups.Participating with the global recruiting team to develop, implement and execute recruiting strategies and best practices.Solidifying relationships with Field leadership and serve as an advisor and partner to build healthy pipelines of qualified candidates and fill current openings.Be a passionate Elastic brand ambassador before, during, and after the recruiting process. Help us build our talent brand in addition to our talent pipeline.Partnering with other departments (Finance, Legal, etc) to drive the recruiting process.Required Skills and ExperienceBachelor's Degree2+ years of recruiting experience (Preferred: Sales Engineers, Solutions Architects, Technical Account Managers)Proven experience recruiting for a software company, high growth / start-up experience is preferredAbility to effectively articulate the Elastic value proposition and story to candidatesAbility to cold-call and build relationships by phone and social media channelsExperience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycleExpert knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniquesWorking knowledge of ATS/TMS tools and technologiesAdditional InformationCompetitive pay and benefits401k planStock optionsCatered lunches, snacks and beverages in most officesAn environment in which you can balance great work with a great lifePassionate people building great productsEmployees with a wide variety of interestsYour age is only a number.
