Leading provider of enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources is in need of a Remote State and Local Government Higher Education Customer Success Manager.Core Responsibilities Include: Handling overall responsibility for managing the customer relationshipPrioritizing and driving resolution on escalated customer issuesEstablishing a trusted adviser relationship that works to ensure customer's overall satisfaction with our productsPosition Requirements Include: Ability to travel up to 25% Bachelor degree6-10 years in a customer facing services role (consulting or account management) that includes issue resolution and escalation management at both the business owner and executive levels3+ years experience project managing financial implementations for larger, more complex organizationsConsulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software companyExperience managing clients in the Higher Education and/or State/Local Government space
