A non-profit organization is filling a position for a Remote Bookkeeper and Office Manager.Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities: Running AP/AR, invoicing, general ledger, account and bank reconciliationPreparing and distributing monthly financial statementsSupporting annual audit, tax preparation, and annual filings for charitable registrationsSkills and Requirements Include: Must be able to travel for events, summits, training and work from home after satisfactory completion of in-person orientation period Must have proven office management and administrative experienceMust have excellent bookkeeping skills and experience developing organizational budgetsMust have strong analytical skills, with the ability to problem solve independentlyMust have excellent written and verbal communications skillsMust have substantial experience using double-entry accounting systems (QuickBooks Online, Xero, etc.) Google Apps Suite, Salesforce, and Dropbox
