Serves as an HR contact, offering a centralized, advisory service for HR-related matters and queries for all MedStar associates, systemwide. This position is responsible for providing general HR support, guidance and resolutions for inquiries and document requests/processing. Work streams include but are not limited to: HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Onboarding, Associate Relations, Associate Services & Records, Compensation and Benefits, and Leave Administration. The HRSC advisor is an integral component of a streamlined HR service delivery. Qualifications EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. EXPERIENCE: 2 years of HR experience, preferably in various areas of HR such as HRIS, Benefits, etc. LICENSE/CERT/REG: HRCI/SHRM certification preferred. SKILLS: Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills and ability to prioritize and deliver assignments in a timely manner often under time pressures. Strong inter-personal skills and commitment to work in a team-oriented environment. Strong customer relations skills and client service oriented values. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
