Immediate opportunity for an experienced Records Specialist/Office Services to work in a busy boutique law firm in DC.  Responsibilities include:
  • Print, copy, email, and distribute daily docketing reports
  • Process incoming mail, FedEx, and other courier deliveries
  • Print, mark, and copy client related emails and save in database
  • Organize and file client related documents
  • Assist with copying, binding, scanning and work in Office Services
  • Assist with setup, cleanup, and stocking of supplies in conference rooms
  • Maintain stock of kitchen and office supplies to assist with ordering
  • Sort mail, pickup, and deliver internal mail and prepare outbound mail
  • Assist with off-site storage preparation
  • Act as backup for Receptionist as needed.

 

  • AA/AS preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong phone skills and customer service abilities
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, & Outlook
  • Type 45 WPM
  • Must be able to lift boxes from floor to desk top (up to 50 lbs.) 
  • Able to work overtime as needed.
  • Legal records experience preferred
