Global Membership Department
The Institute of International Finance (IIF) is one of the world’s largest global associations of financial institutions with nearly 500 members in more than 75 countries. We provide economic and financial analysis to our members, serve as a forum for exchanging views and developing proposals on global regulatory issues; and represent our members from the private financial community in discussions with the public sector on global economic and financial policy issues.
The Institute is seeking exceptionally qualified individuals providing program and administrative support to its Global Membership Department. The responsibilities will include: developing and implementing strategies to encourage membership interaction and increase member retention; addressing general queries from prospective members outlining membership benefits; developing and implementing strategies to identify and meet member needs; assisting other IIF staff by providing information before staff travel or key meetings; tracking membership solicitations and providing follow-up to marketing efforts; coordinating outreach events and bilateral meetings; identifying and implementing ways to monitor member use of IIF products and participation in IIF activities; providing general membership administration support such as invoicing, database maintenance, contact report preparation, membership invitations and other membership reporting.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience; a college degree, preferably in a field related to the work of the IIF; excellent command of the English language and outstanding writing skills; proficiency in the use of computer applications, including Microsoft Office applications and CRM software; strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
