Experienced Customer Care Manager
- Sparks Group is currently seeking an experienced and capable Customer Care Manager for a large company that has recently relocated in Arlington, VA. This individual will have 4-5 years of experience overseeing a team of at least 10 call center professionals. Interested? Please call 703-821-1911.
- Responsible for working with other management level personnel to make sure the department runs smoothly and efficiently while always trying to better all standards
- Help with scaling the call center to maintain a growing volume of incoming communication such as phone calls and emails
- Work with other departments and vendors outside of the company to classify and fix any system or process issues
- Assist with the development and implementation of adequate work force planning and correcting staffing resources
- Establish and measure key performance signals while monitoring service quality and generating business metrics
- Monitor service quality
- Additional duties assigned based on whatever is needed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience of management in a high-volume call center
- Experience in a retail call center environment is preferred
- Strong and thorough understanding of a call center
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Capability to lead, train and grow a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a retail or grocery industry is a plus
