Manage tenant satisfaction, oversee the daily operations of the managed assets, respond to tenant needs and coordinate with maintenance, maintain positive relationships with tenants and leasing organizations, respond to all tenant concerns, and ensure compliance with rules and regulations. Interact regularly with clients to ensure that objectives are being met, anticipating and responding to clients' needs. Develop plans and budgets for operating and capital expenditures and prepare annual budgets, forecasts, management plans, monthly performance reports, and variance reports. Perform regular inspections of property and recommend and direct alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning of property, as necessary. Coordinate marketing and leasing, negotiate new leases and lease renewals, and prepare management and pipeline reports and business plans. Review operating expense statements, ensuring compliance with lease obligations, analyze costs and calculations, and assist with budgets and rent increases.
-Experience in comprehending, analyzing, and interpreting complex documents
-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, Microsoft Access, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat at an intermediate to advanced level
-Knowledge of financial terms and principles
-Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to clients
-Ability to effectively present information
-Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues
-Ability to calculate intermediate figures, including percentages, discounts, and commissions
-Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations
-Active Top Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree and 4 years of experience with or training in real estate management
-5 years of experience in commercial, government, or GSA lease management and analysis and lease abstraction and rent audit
-Experience in real estate, lease management, lease audit, and GSA leases preferred
-Ability to demonstrate a willingness to travel
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent organizational and analytical skills
-BA or BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or Real Estate preferred; MA or MS degree a plus
-CPM or RPA Professional Designation or Certification preferred
-Commercial Lease Management or CCIM Certification preferred
-Real Estate License preferred
