Install, troubleshoot, repair, maintain and upgrade all PC hardware to include peripherals to ensure optimal performance. Answer inquiries and troubleshoot software and hardware failures either in person or on the phone. Perform hardware and software moves, adds, and changes. Ensure systems and related equipment are in working condition. Maintain records on inventory, repairs, downtime changes, and updates.
Maintain customer service ensuring that all customers are treated efficiently and in an appropriate manner as well as providing technical support and training to customers.
Maintain excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical customers and team members.
Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
Participate in special projects as required.
Associates Degree in a related technical discipline; or the equivalent combination of education; technical certifications or training; or work experience.
3-5 years of directly related experience supporting information systems operations. Required Skills:Ability to troubleshoot issues ranging from physical hardware, to network, to user profiles
Understanding of SCCM and other remote management tools Experience with thin client set-up and Active DirectoryFamiliarity with basic router configurations and commands Knowledge and understanding of the OSI model Manage and document approved changes to the enterprise baseline
