Responsible for the cleanliness and servicing of assigned areas. Care of cleaning equipment, effective expenditure of soaps, disinfectants, finishes, abrasive, polishes and other cleaning supplies. Can be assigned to specific areas such as patient or office. Work under limited supervision performing standardized tedious task. Stands, walk in limited areas and climbs stairs. Turns, kneels, lift, carries, stoops, reaches, pushes, pull, and handles fixtures, equipment, and materials during the execution of daily duties. In good physical health, free of any communicable diseases and lift related injuries. Work in clean, well lighted, heated and ventilated building (rooms and corridors). Supervised by Director of Environmental Services or the Department of Environmental Services Supervisor.

High School Diploma or GED

Experience preferred but not required
