Training and Recruiting Manager
Ridgewells Catering is seeking to hire a Training and Recruiting Manager for its staffing company Purple Tie by Ridgewells. Candidate will be responsible for recruiting and selecting applicants for all available service staff positions. Duties include recruitment through traditional print advertising, electronic promotions and recruitment events; prescreening applicants; forecasting staffing needs based on event outlook; developing training schedules; and coordinating training programs. Requirements for this position include: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; at least three to five years’ experience in recruiting, hiring and operations in the hospitality field; must be able to travel for lengthy periods of time to various locations throughout the year; strong verbal and written communication skills; the ability to speak effectively before groups of staff; and strong interpersonal relations.
