Ridgewells is seeking an excellent candidate to provide customer service and work the reception area.  Responsibilities will include acting as a liaison between the clients and the event designers to ensure excellent service. Answering and responding to phone in customers, vendors, etc; greeting and welcoming walk-in clients and visitors. Assists clients with will-call orders to include checking orders for accuracy, processing payments; and assisting customers with loading food and equipment orders. Recording event inquiries, and all other administrative functions, including the sorting and distribution of the company’s daily mail. Also, assists the Sales and Marketing departments with special projects and overflow work during the busy season. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite and be able to use office equipment such a fax machines, copiers, and multi-extension telephone system. Applicant must have effective communication skills and a pleasant and helpful personality. Must have the ability to work as part of a team, and be able to handle multiple tasks, while remaining organized.
