GEICO is seeking an entry level analyst with strong statistical, data management, problem solving, communication, and analytical skills. As a Budget Analyst, you will be part of a team that applies statistical methods to analyze test programs and develops statistical research projects for the purpose of annual business planning.
 
Job Description

 
GEICO is looking for a highly motivated person to join our team as a Budget Analyst. In this position, you will review proposed systems and procedural changes to analyze how effective they are. You will also prepare statistical costs analysis to project the impact of special programs and projects. Other responsibilities will include coordinating proposed policies, procedures, forms, and reports among all locations. This position will require you to identify ways to streamline processes through effectively applying both traditional and advanced technological solutions. We will provide training on financial systems.

 

  

 

Qualifications 

 

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Math, or a related field preferred Strong excel skills are required (pivot tables, allocations, formulas, etc.) Working knowledge of PeopleSoft Financial Systems and/or IBM Cognos TM1 is a plus
