As a Tier I/II Systems Administrator in a deployed enviornment, monitors vital servers for possible outages, creates user accounts on various networks, assists in resolving client related issues, coordinating with both Help Desk, Networking, and Tier III personnel. Captures resolution of issues elevated to Tier II support for later use in identifying systemic issues. Performs the administrative operation and maintenance of printer server hardware and software. Manages and images client computers. Maintains baseline configurations and performs modification of configuration settings. Institutes troubleshooting and incident response procedures

Education Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.

Qualifications 2-5 years of directly related experience in systems administration and analysis.

    DOD 8570 IAT Level II required MCSA perferred or equivalent experience requiredCompetent to work at a high technical level on all phases of information systems operationsGood communication skills; shows tact, effective listening skills and follow throughProvides technical guidance with administrators with less experience Must be able to effectively conduct and interpret tests, and troubleshoot solutions of moderately complex operational problemsDetail oriented and organized; able to understand information systems and ensure accuracy of workMinimum of 2 year experience with troubleshooting the following enterprise components: Windows 7, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, SCCM 2007/2012DNS,DHCP, Terminal Services, Printers, Digital Senders
