Looking for a candidate with strong leadership qualities to work in a fast-paced, results driven, IT business environment. Can collaborate with multiple teams with differing personalities and is self-motivated. Responsibilities include:


  • Contribute/write proposal content
  • Edit and proofread documents
  • Perform data entry with strict attention to detail
  • Coordinate subcontractor data
  • Coordinate meetings and track actions
  • Track Metrics and perform analysis
  • Special Projects as needed
  • Skilled at MS Office Suite
  • MS Word – format & edit documents
  • Excel – create spreadsheets for data analysis
  • PowerPoint – develop PowerPoint presentations
  • Research and Analysis
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as SharePoint
Preference given to candidates seeking a degree related to the following areas:

  • Business Operations or Management
  • Information Technology
  • Information Technology-Healthcare
  • Marketing

0-1 years of related administrative experience.


Qualifications In order for a candidate to be considered for the HCSD Internship Program, each must meet the following criteria:

Must have a High School DiplomaStudents must be enrolled Full Time at an accredited College or University.GPA requirement is 3.0 and above as verified by transcripts.Must meet qualifications for the internship as outlined in the requisition.Study in a technical discipline to include Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Analysis, Program Management, Management (HR, Finance, and Accounting, etc.), Applied Mathematics (Statistics, Probability, Analytics) and Health Policy or related and/or other technical programs of study.Possess Strong verbal and written communications.Possess problem solving and decision making ability.Successfully pass a background check and drug test.
