The MIL Corporation seeks a Program Manager to support a Federal Government client at one of our Washington, DC locations.

• Perform program management duties including project planning, status reporting and execution of projects
• Ensure projects are properly documented, scheduled and completed
• Manage the operational aspects of the project
• Oversee the status of projects as assigned
• Draft and execute project work plans and manage team schedules
• Prepare status reports and adhere to project management best practices
• Support networking and network-based software applications

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager
• Experience managing and supervising employees
• Experience managing an Infrastructure Engineering Support Center project and desktop support project
• Experience supporting national and international users, providing remote assistance and responding to incidents requests
• Experience supporting PCs (Laptops, Desktops Blackberries and Tablets), Windows 7
• Experience integrating, configuring and installing equipment
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving PC configuration incidents
• Ability to support operations 24 x7
• Knowledge of 3rd party hardware maintenance service and procedures
• Experience implementing and monitoring quality performance metrics to measure the performance of the Customer Support Center
• Ability to comply with industry accepted standards, FTS standards and user standards; e.g., HDI and PMI quality assurance concepts and guidelines
• Knowledge of client's commercial hardware and software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with the highest levels of management; including Oral Presentation and Question and Answer sessions
• Experience managing Fixed Price type contracts with highly visible performance metrics

Desired Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in a technical environment
• Exposure to Agile development practices (e.g. SCRUM, XP, etc.)
