Coordinates and performs all aspects of training coordinations, scheduling, de-confliction and oversight; configures assigned training spaces as requested by customers; prepares training reports and statistics; serves as primary customer liaison for training resources at the Mission Training Complex-Hawaii.  Supports technical training activities by setting up classrooms, workstations, and related equipment and systems and performs additional duties as assigned.


 1. Primary point of contact with customers for the scheduling of MTC-HI training resources which includes Live, Virtual; Constructive, and Gaming (LVC-G) training systems, Mission Command Information Systems, classrooms, conference rooms with secure and non-secure VTC capability, interior and exterior Tactical Operations Center (TOC) area and other training areas which the MTC controls.  Ensures that classrooms and equipment are accessible, operational, and available at all times.

 2. Receives and processes requests for MTC training assets and resources; processing includes coordination with other Branches for LVCG systems, Collective Training and Individual Training Support, and Technical support; posts and updates shared facility scheduling calendar (Outlook and Sharepoint). Conducts basic hardware and software troubleshooting and refers problems to appropriate personnel.

 3. Prepares training reports, spreadsheets and briefings and tracks training usage data from various input sources at the MTC-HI. Provides network troubleshooting and support.

 4. Provides information on MTC training resources and explains the procedures on requesting usage. Backs up file server data/disks.

 5. Plans and coordinates classroom utilization and training spaces within the MTC-HI; assists with set up of assigned training spaces.  Maintains and secures classrooms and related equipment, and is responsible for all government property located at the facility.

 6. Assists security manager before, during, and after ensuring all required security parameters are correctly implemented, ensuring adequate secuiryt force is on hand; security materials are current and available; security badge accountability; and adequate MTC staff on site.  Conducts preventative maintenance on training equipment, and makes regular reports on equipment status.

 7. Coordinates with other MTC-HI departments, to design and prepare training classroom and areas, conference materials, including name placards, completion certificates, etc.  Interacts with company and customer personnel to coordinate classroom schedules, student registration, activities calendar, briefs facility users on security and classroom protocols, and performs related tasks as required.

 8. Assists facility logistical manager with routing inventories and supply activities.  Proctors educational exams and other tests.

 9.  Maintains training records and prepares reports as needed.

 10. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.

 11.  Participates in special projects as required.

Education Associates Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience.  Requires a high school diploma; Associate Degree preferred.

Qualifications 3-5 years of related experience supporting training activities, experience in military training and understanding of the Range Facility Management Support System (RFMSS) program and the Division Training Management System (DTMS) program.
