• Handle all inbound and outbound communications related to the sales department (A lot of time on the phone)
• Scheduling of all sales and follow-up appointments
• Preparation of sales call paperwork
• Procure and manage all marketing collateral used by the sales team
• Maintain customer database
• Work with the business development team and marketing to assist with all administrative requirements associated with sales
• Prepare Weekly Sales Report
• Some other administrative duties may be assigned

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Positive thinker with a get-it-done attitude
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS word, Outlook and Excel
• Ability to think independently and outside the box
• Must possess the ability to consistently follow tasks through to completion
• Written and verbal communication skills must be top-notch
• Able to adapt to and embrace change
• Enthusiastic, hard-working, well organized team player
• Able to work with others and willing to contribute to the team
• Experience in customer service industry preferred
• High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree a plus
