Job Description:
Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital is seeking a Tech Support Analyst position for our IT Help Desk. Seeking IT Help Desk professionals that have the ability to work independently.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience
- 5 years required

Education
-
High School Graduate or Equivalent required. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field preferred.

License/Certification
-
Prefer MCDST, A+, Network+, CompTIA Project+

Schedule
- Day Shift
- On Call after hours two (2) weeks at a time approximately every 10 weeks

The Technical Support Analyst III - Help Desk supervises 1st and 2nd level technical support and operational customer support. The primary function of this position is to conduct research to solve customers¿ problems when required. Keep abreast of changes occurring within Sentara¿s IT systems. Ensure that all Help Desk employees are aware of those changes. Continually expand knowledge of Sentara¿s systems and networks. Assist director and manager with finding ways to improve service and in training new employees.
