As a member of GEICO's Database Marketing team, the candidate will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to be the front-facing lead for all of direct mail. The ideal candidate will have a desire to work in a dynamic environment, an excellent work ethic, great communication and organization skills and be a self-starter. Applicant must be a team player with a positive attitude who is motivated to work toward common goals.


On a day to day basis, this candidate will be responsible for working with both internal/ external partners to coordinate processes, pricing and production of all things direct mail, with a heavy emphasis on interpersonal communication.  That includes understanding and implementing strategic objectives while maintaining budgets and costs.

• Manage/schedule direct mail projects, acting as main point of communication.
• Responsible for managing all vendor relationships from contract negotiation to fulfillment.
• Collaborate on direct mail strategies.
• Plan and coordinate quarterly planning meetings.
• Review / approve creative assets.
• Integrate process improvements/enhancements.
• Project and time management skills


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field with at least a 3.0 GPA strongly preferred.
• 2-3 years of related work experience. Internship experience considered.
• Strong project management and organization skills.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and people skills. 
• Ability to multi-task and problem-solving in fast paced work environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office with emphasis in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
