  GEICO's Corporate Treasurer department is seeking a highly motivated Payroll Supervisor to join the team!   Job Duties & Responsibilities:   The ideal candidate would have strong leadership skills, be customer-focused, have a willingness to grow and motivated to seek out process improvements within the payroll division.   As a Corporate Payroll Supervisor, you will manage a team and play a major role in several technology implementations planned for 2017. You will assist and support the implementation of a new cloud-based human capital management and payroll system. All the planned implementations will encompass a strong focus on change management to help drive our organization to the next level. In addition, you will conduct regular audits on payroll transactions and ensure that all manually processed items are handled accurately, efficiently and within the payroll deadlines. You will also maintain and support the annual merit and the profit sharing bonus payment processes.   Candidate Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting
• Relevant payroll experience required
• Experience working with a PeopleSoft/Workday payroll system
• 1-3 years of supervisory/management experience required
• Experience supervising a staff of 3 or more required
• Enterprise payroll experience (5,000+ associates in multiple states)
• Change management experience
• Ability to coach and mentor associates
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability follow-through on areas of responsibility
• Flexibility with work hours
• Proficiency in MS Office   Salary Information:
