GEICO's Staff Development team is looking for a Manager of WorkForce Management.  This managerial position is located at GEICO's headquarters in Chevy Chase, MD and is responsible for managing:

 

• Call Volume and Staff Forecasting for Auto and MOAT sales & service, and Claims 
• Aspect WFM system
• All WFM reporting
• Geotel/overflow strategies and support
• Development and assistance of Regional WFM coordinators
• Integration of VOIP technology into WFM data, reporting, and management

 

The successful candidate must have the following requirements: 

• Prior successful management experience
• Very strong analytical and modeling skills, including excel mastery
• Strong knowledge of call center call flow dynamics, metrics, and problem solving experience as well as experience with utilizing a WFM platform for staff scheduling
• Very strong work ethic & ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
• A related degree
