Sparks Group has partnered with several reputable organizations in the Fairfax & Prince William County area with multiple call center opportunities with two available shifts (8am-5pm or 11am-8pm). Responsibilities:

  • Answer high volume inbound calls
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Maintain high level of customer service
  • Operate multi-line telephone system
  • Enter data in computer system

Qualifications/Background profile:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of call center experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
