The Ford Agency is currently recruiting for an Office Coordinator to manage our internal front desk and social media. This person will act as the first point of contact for our candidates and manage our online presence. We are looking for someone creative and engaging with excellent interpersonal skills that can handle juggling the multiple priorities of a busy office. Website management and social media experience is preferred.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage reception desk and phones
  • Manage applicant tracking and paperwork for candidates
  • Regularly update website and all social media platforms
  • Research industry related articles and trends
  • Order supplies and coordinate with building as needed

Candidate Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional communication and client service skills
  • Website management and social media experience required
  • Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook
  • WordPress a plus
