Responsibilities

Responsible for the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of computers, mobile devices, phones and other IT equipment. Utilizing Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Active Directory and other enterprise management tools to troubleshoot and deploy images. Works with a team of IT Professionals as directed to coordinate efforts, troubleshooting software and hardware issues and track changes for classified, unclassified, and special communications networks.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    MS Windows 8, 10 and Mac Operating SystemsExperience with MS Systems Center Service Manager (SCCM) to include experience with Operating System DeploymentsExperience with VPN technologiesExperience with configuration of Android and iPhonesExperience with personal computers, terminal, peripheral equipment and associated software repair, installation, configuration, and system operationFamiliar with configuration and management of mobile devices, such as tablets and phonesCompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570 compliant certification requiredGood communications skills; shows tact, effective listening skills and follow through
Education Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.

Qualifications 5-8 years of directly related experience in systems administration and analysis.
