Job Description: Supervises Food Service Workers and Cooks in daily food and tray line set up, service, and clean-up/sanitation. Helps train new staff; conducts inventory, assigns tasks, monitors portion control and ensures service areas and equipment are sanitized and cleaned and procedures for recipes, menus, quality and safe food handling guidelines are followed; performs nutritional charting and maintains tray card system.

High School Grad or Equivalent

Experience
Required: Food Service - 3 years, Supervisory - 2 years

Other
Previous experience with nutrition documentation in a health care setting working directly with a Dietitian preferred. Current Food Handler's Workers Permit or must obtain within 30 days of hire. Certified Food Manager Certification or ServSafe Certification must be obtained within 180 days of hire.
