Sr Princ Specialist, Training
Develops, organizes, and conducts training and educational programs for customer personnel. Designs and develops multimedia applications, systems and products, analysis instruments and/or strategies to identify training requirements and evaluate training effectiveness, or After Action Reviews. 1. Manage branch of After Action Review analysts and Multi Media personnel. 2. Performs expert-level development and delivery of highly complex training programs and related materials in support of customer training objectives. 3. Establishes and reviews course content and objectives. 4. Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities, and research into new training, educational, and multimedia technologies. 5. Maintains records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness, and updates course documentation on a regular basis to ensure timeliness and relevance. 6. Designs, developes, and train multimedia applications, systems and products involving computer graphics and interactive computing, suchh as computer-based systems for personal computers or CD-ROM applications. 7. Incorporates software applications in multiple technology media systems, such as graphics animation, text, and sound. 8. Work frrom concept drawings, sketches, models, and/or written and verbal instructions. 9. Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experience designers, and may have supervisory responsibilities. 10. May serve as technical team orr task lead. 11. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned. 12. Participates in special projects as required. Education 1. Bachelors Degree in a related technical discipline, commercial art, fine art, or related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work/military experience.2. Resident Command and General Staff College (any service) completion (preferred). Qualifications 10-15 years of directly related experience in the development and delivery of technical training programs, as well as multi-media design, and After Action Reviews experiences. 1. Advanved knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the development and delivery of training programs and multimedia products.2. Advanced knowledge of relevant technologies as required and ability to use relevant software applications and systems.3. Demonstrate effective presentation skills, communication skills, and follow written verbal instructions.4. Ability to serve as technical team or task lead.5. Active Secret security clearance6. Willing to travel both CONUS and OCONUS.
