Legal Secretary - Real Estate
Duties include: long document production, preparing loan closing documents, overseeing post-closing follow up, file organization, time entry, billing and calendar maintenance.
Best candidates are the ones who are smart, love details, able to mulit-task and accustomed to working in a busy environment.
Must be flexible to work last minute overtime on a regular basis.
2 to 3 years of real estate or transactional experience
Strong MS Office skills
Experience with time keeping and billing software
Excellent attention to detail
60 wpm typing
