**Position requires an in-scope TS/SCI clearance.**


Support all levels of managerial review, supporting new acquisitions, source selection and the acquisition process for all non-SETA acquisitions.

a. Provide an interface between multiple stakeholders and SV-Support related functions to include the integration of cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
b. Draft requirements definition, scope of work, verification and validation requirements, life cycle cost, acquisition cost estimates, schedule, and source selection documentation.
c. As an advisor provide technical evaluation of proposals.
d. Assess and make recommendations on the availability and suitably of workload data from Contractor Systems such as a CMMS system.
e. Ensure accuracy of the DD254 and other security requirements.


Provide a program management function to facilitate coordination of required contract actions and/or schedule adjustments. Tasks include:

a. Provide an interface between multiple stakeholders and SV-Support related functions to include: contract change coordination and integration of cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
b. Support contract management activities for Engineering Change Proposal (ECP)/Task Order forecasting and implementation coordination. Activities include: Launch Enterprise Services Contracts, Mission Delivery Orders and Commercial and Government Facility Modifications.
c. Support the PASS process including PSBs, RABs, and PABs.
d. Support development of contractual documentation to support ECP Task Orders for other contractor project efforts. Draft/Develop and review projects, plans, RFPs and work packages for technical, requirement, and code compliance.
e. Review Proposals and draft technical evaluations for ECPs, Delivery Orders or Task Orders.
f. Maintain insight into space vehicle development activities to ensure ability to support SV customers.


Analyzes acquisition data (such as financial/budget information, congressional tracking, programmatic support, etc.) and makes recommendations for program improvements.

 1. Applies knowledge of the defense acquisition process to support customers in the analysis and improvement of acquisition programs.

 2. Assists government procurement agencies in defining proposals and qualifying vendors.

 3. Devises strategies for developing and implementing new acquisition program initiatives and measuring the effectiveness of implementation.

 4. Uses quantitative analytical techniques to assess system acquisition process issues and develop risk reduction/mitigation approaches for improving acquisition/program planning, control, and execution.

 5. Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts, and may have supervisory responsibility.

 6. May serve as a team or task leader.

 7. Participates in special projects as required.

Education Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.

Qualifications 8-10 years of related acquisition management experience for a government contractor, or related military experience.
