Job Summary/Company:
This is a contract opportunity with an exciting international firm who is rapidly growing in the United States. Due to expansion and growth, they need a Recruiting Coordinator to set up administrative processes and management strategies as they implement a formal ATS program.

Responsibilities:

  • Create applicant tracking process
  • Schedule and coordinate complex interviews
  • Make travel arrangements for interview attendees and candidates
  • Present offers/write offer letters
  • Assist with on-boarding procedures         

Qualifications/Background profile:

  • Experience in recruiting administration is required
  • Professional and polished demeanor in both phone and in-person communications
  • Keen attention to detail and organization methodology
  • Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
