Recruitment Coordinator – Rapidly Expanding Company
This is a contract opportunity with an exciting international firm who is rapidly growing in the United States. Due to expansion and growth, they need a Recruiting Coordinator to set up administrative processes and management strategies as they implement a formal ATS program.
- Create applicant tracking process
- Schedule and coordinate complex interviews
- Make travel arrangements for interview attendees and candidates
- Present offers/write offer letters
- Assist with on-boarding procedures
- Experience in recruiting administration is required
- Professional and polished demeanor in both phone and in-person communications
- Keen attention to detail and organization methodology
- Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
