Are you an experienced Administrative or Executive Assistant? Have you handled and planned all aspects of company events? Look no further! Sparks Group works with a large consulting firm who is seeking an Administrative Events Assistant. Apply now!

Responsibilities:

  • Help plan leadership events
  • Be the extra set of hands when it comes to planning all leadership events
  • Put together flyers for events
  • Coordinate meetings by scheduling any rooms necessary and make sure all technology that is needed is ready and available
  • Schedule breakfast and/or lunch needed for meetings
  • Make sure all materials needed for the meeting are available

Qualifications/Background profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Experience in an administrative role supporting individuals
  • Experience planning events and meetings
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
