The Washington DC Office of Modjeski and Masters has an immediate opening for mid to senior level bridge design engineer.  We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified individual who would like to help lead or manage projects, mentor junior engineers and provide leadership to growing a small but dynamic office of a nationally renowned bridge firm of over 120 years. 

The candidate shall have at least 5 to 10 years of bridge engineering experience with a PE license and technical background in analysis, design, rating and P&S preparation of highway and railroad bridges.  Experience in large curved structures, complex truss bridges, movable bridges, fatigue analysis, seismic retrofit and fender systems is a plus. Familiarity with SAP2000, CSiBridge, LUSAS, RCPier, ConSPAN, MDX, AASHTOWARE, AutoCADD and/or MicroStation software programs is required as well as strong communication and people skills.
