Revenue Cycle Manager
Under the direction of the group's administrator, the Revenue Cycle Manager supervises all professional and facility billing and related systems; is responsible for developing and implementing pertinent policies to ensure compliance with regulations and timely collections of accounts receivable; coordinates and trains staff in all aspects of the reimbursement cycle; woks with people at all levels to build high morale and group commitments to goals and objectives; identifies and effectively resolves difficult operational and administrative problems; manages multiple projects simultaneously; provides adequate and accurate reporting tools for monitoring revenue cycle performance and for quality reporting.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of management experience in healthcare business functions, including supervision of all revenue cycle functions and extensive knowledge of Centricity Practice Solutions.
